HISTORY OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
According to some old folks living here. Sta. Rosa Elementary School was established in the year 1968. This 10,000 sq. school site was donated by Mr. Generoso Tesalona. Before, ther was only one room made of coconut leaves and bamboo, the first teacher was Ms. Amalia Peña. As the years past by, the only one room become six and all concrete making this school a complete elementary school, the former teachers were: Ms. Felisa Roales, Mrs. Bella Rosales, Mr. Danilo Malijano, Mrs. Sylvia B. Panopio and Mrs. Lourdes R. Medina, Who was them the officer in charge(OIC)
Today, Sta. Rosa Elementary School has eight teachers including the Pre-school. In grade 1 Mrs. Susan M. Magtibay, grade 2 Mrs. Iluminada M. Palma, grade 3 Mrs. Merly A. Oraa, grade 4 Mrs. Rosavilla P. Romaguerra, grade 5 Mr. Plaridel B. Manzano, grade 6 Mrs. Belen A. Africa, Mrs Rowena R. Ticzon as a Pre-sachool teacher and Mrs. Felisa A. Sacular as a Head Teacher II
